Pros

They are winning a lot of contracts and pay and benefits are decent for certain roles. Good opportunities for training and it is encouraged.

Cons

Lack of recognition for good performance, you're just a cog in the big machine. Lots of infighting and back stabbing. Management doesn't support staff and if they do it's too little too late. Raises typically match inflation. Highly political at HQ. Steer clear of Ashley Chen she's been known to stretch the truth and lacks ethics. There is no work life balance at this company. I resigned because the corporate culture is toxic.

Pros

Winning a lot of business due to low bids and ISO certifications

Cons

People are treated as dispensible commodities - every one can and will be replaced - expert in low bid - make promises that they can't keep to both customers and staff - no management support at all - you are on your own... Company espouses all ISO certifications but really do not follow them in practice Managers are left holding the bag and not supported Low bid - Managers have no backbone

Front-office turnover to make you dizzy

Pros

Hiring process went quickly; walked in, met my soon-to-be-boss, got an offer within an hour. I stated my requirements and was offered more.

Cons

Everyone from near-top to those on-contract seemed constantly on edge and watching their own backs. Trust was often non-existent, even among employees who otherwise enjoyed interacting outside of the office for lunch, happy hour, etc. (not much time for such, though). Non-existent team environment focused towards profit for top execs; coldest corporate environment I've encountered in my professional life.
