      Pros

      There are a lot of wonderful people at ActioNet. This is a great environment for people who want to learn & grow. I love to come to work every day. ActioNet is an Employee & Family Friendly Company.

      Cons

      ActioNet is a company that will not tolerate non-performers or people who have bad attitudes. There are many non-productive or bad-attitude people who got let go or were forced to leave.

      Pros

      Good, if your just starting to get your foot in IT workforce. If the customer praises you to management you may get an award, $100.

      Cons

      Average health care packages at very high costs, 4+ times that of my any last 3 companies. Annual performance raise, ha, got the highest score and the biggest raise of anyone in my region, it was less than 1/3 of any raise I’ve had in the last 10 years. Low morale among workers, but can't relay this to management for fear of being blackballed.
