Hours are flexible and coworkers are very nice, its the people on Mahogany Row that are not so nice.

Cons

Everything! They treat people poorly, they don't pay well and when they are done with you...you are history!

Everyone from middle managment and down feels the same pain from the "corner office", so you are not alone.

Cons

Delusional Upper Managment. They lost focus years ago. There are no rewards to employees
