Pros

plenty of overtime, high call volume, diverse types of calls, amazingly coworkers on the road

Cons

Upper management provides conflicting and biassed guidance. Will often punish employees with little to no opportunity to defend your position.

Pros

Only pro is that I quit and love my current job. Other than that, NONE.

Cons

The CEO is an adult bully. If you wish to be ridiculed, berated, have things THROWN AT YOU, this is your place. However, if you wish to be treated fairly, like an adult, stay away. In my 40+ years of experience, I’ve never seen a more toxic work environment.
