ABC is for people who are looking for a job for a few months to a year

There was free food every friday, full benefits and the insurance PPO plan was affordable for me and my spouse.

Cons

Disorganization, overcrowded with clients, BCBAs have to make the schedule and are often in direct therapy (meaning they can't write programs as needed), operation manager that was there when I was employed played favorites and gave occurrences (absence points) to those she did not like. You have to travel to other centers if they are short staffed and work with clients you've never been trained on. ABC was really a great company before they were bought out by a bank.
