Staffing on the RBT side can fluctuate due to many factors including delays in state background checks, people moving in and out of the state frequently, and the entry level nature of the role, but this is common in ABA. The company is always trying to improve this however they can as well.

The operations staff let a lot of things get by specifically with staff of a certain race. We have a staff memeber who continues to vape and text while on the floor here and nothing is getting done. We only give attendance marks to specific staff members and let others go over their occurrences here or come back when they shouldn’t. It’s clear favoritism and when you go to HR or higher ups they don’t do anything about it. There’s a BCBA who gossips with the staff about other members of leadership and doesn’t support her team very well. Not all of leadership seems to be aligned. Staff in general are lazy and don’t do their job unless BCBAs are in the room with them. Novel sessions are a joke because people from other clinics come and essentially just baby sit these kids instead of following their protocols
