Supportive culture and growth

Pros

Amazing culture, support, and mission. The team in Colorado is second to none. The support from leaders is wrap-around, and you are truly set up for success with resources and tools to be successful. I love that the company values internal growth and that there is a clear structure for growth at every level of the organization.

Cons

Colorado is such a transient state it can be hard to retain good people because of cost of living and people leaving due to how expensive it has gotten.

Thank you so much for this review and for 5 years with ABC! 💚 Hearing that you feel supported, set up for success, and have a clear path to grow is exactly what we strive for. You're right that Colorado's cost of living is a real challenge, and it's something we're always thinking about. We'll keep showing up and leading servantly. It means everything. 🙌

Pros

Working with children, sometimes there's free drinks on Mondays, free food on Fridays

Cons

Leadership and workplace culture have noticeably declined over time. Communication from management often felt passive aggressive, overly critical, and intimidating, which made staff uncomfortable voicing concerns. Favoritism and inconsistent accountability created frustration, especially regarding admin responsibilities and workload distribution. Staff frequently felt unsupported during high stress situations, while leadership presence in the clinic was inconsistent. Morale suffered due to burnout, lack of transparency, and feeling unheard despite ongoing concerns being raised. Professionalism during staff interactions and meetings was also inconsistent, which contributed to a disconnect between leadership and direct staff. Overall, the environment shifted from collaborative and supportive to stressful and discouraging.
