Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism reviews

For over 4+ years, I observed and experienced a center culture in which professionalism and compassion were inconsistent, and serious concerns were minimized rather than addressed. Staff burnout is high, favoritism is common, and employees do not feel psychologically safe raising issues, fearing retaliation or being ignored. This has sent a clear message: it’s safer to stay quiet than to advocate for ethical standards or common decency. This is especially troubling in a setting serving vulnerable children and families. When the environment is hostile or staff feel unsupported, it impacts the quality of care and morale.

- work overload - training is not related to the actually job, not thorough - little supervision from BCBAs - traveling frequently (not properly supported by leadership) - feels VERY corporate; i got the impression they cared more about money and insurance than kiddos and the quality of care - occurrence based sick days (if you get sick more than 4 times in a month, it’s a write up, then fired, despite working with kids who they allow to come in that are sick).
