Pros

The culture is great. I worked with a great team of BCBA’s.

Cons

Their model focuses on quantity over quality. They expect high quality but it will be at the cost of your peace and sanity.

Pros

Communication between departments is generally good. Clinical and admin teams meet regularly to address any issues, and resolve it quickly which is very helpful.

Cons

Occasionally can have urgent scheduling needs, which creates a little stress, but issues are resolved quickly.

Pros

-Free food Fridays (I guess, as the options are very limited to only accommodate $8 per person which Idk what meal does besides a Wendy's biggie bag or a $5 McDonalds value meal -Build rapport and amazing bonds with kiddos -

Cons

-30 minute "lunch" breaks that you transition 5-10 minutes late to and by the time you sit down if you even get to due to note completion and other daunting tasks/challenges with the time clock app, its time to be back out on the floor. -Constant misunderstandings of "perspectives" with messy adults in which whom behave like the population were servicing... CHILDREN. -Micromanaging from upper management in which they don't fulfill their own daily tasks/challenges regarding the clinic itself (which falls onto the RBT"s to manage, clean, work, and facilitate a positive work environment on top of our daily duties whilst management sits on their laptops all day and pump fake being busy for their upper management bosses to swing by randomly and do "checks ins" of which aren't thoroughly conducted but rather poorly communicated to us last minute either night before (outside of work hours at that which is SO unprofessional) as well as sometimes same day chats being sent regarding higher management coming into the center.
