ABC is a fast-growing company and a gem within the ABA community. The people there truly want the best for the kids and there is a strong company culture. Work feels fun; you always hear laughter in the hallways. Other pros: free lunch Fridays, community-feel, company happy hours/events

Cons

The company's efforts to take care of their employees can feel surface-level; lots of free lunches and t-shirts but no real recognition/prevention of burn-out.
