Free lunch Fridays, wonderful atmosphere, friendly coworkers and supervisors, guaranteed hours

Cons

paid hourly, only 30min lunch break, very few paid holidays, you have to earn hours for PTO

Amazing post-grad job for those continuing education

Pros

-Company encourages continuing education by giving discount on tuition and scholarships to ASU. -If you are going to school for BCBA, supervision hours are available. -New bonus program and another program for those who are almost done fulfilling their BCBA requirements. -Free lunch on Friday! -The kids and seeing their progress is the biggest pro. -You get emails every month with new positions open within company.

-None! I would not change anything.
