      Feeling valued for work you produce, valuable and thoughtful work everyday, amazing benefits (90% paid healthcare, life insurance, other healthcare amenities like women's virtual clinics, 401K with matching), positive work culture, birthday/anniversary/appreciation gifts, CEU and stimuli budget (with free internal CEUs that benefit clinical and operations staff members), etc! This list goes ON! I've been employed here 4 years in April 2021, and here's what I have to say: ABC, Thank you so much for the gift, and for making me feel appreciated on my 4 year anniversary. It's been an amazing journey, and I'm proud to be apart of this team!
