      Pros

      They give you down time, away from direct therapy. Overall positive work environment. Some room for growth. Paid supervision for people pursuing Behavior Analyst careers.

      Cons

      Staff are burned out. Recent company changes are geared more towards taking as many clients as they can without having appropriate staffing. Specific centers fall through the cracks and can be un-empathetic to staff concerns.

      Pros

      The culture at Action Behavior Center is one of the best I’ve ever seen! In a little over a year I’ve gotten to work at four different centers. I started as a therapist and got the opportunity to move up in the clinic admissions associate role. Pros include a great team and culture at every center I’ve been at, free lunch Friday’s, great support from leadership, plenty of opportunities for growth, and getting to impact and serve the most amazing kiddos and their families.
