      We understand the responsibilities of each role can be challenging, and we prioritize open communication to ensure each person is heard and cared for. Our sick policy includes flex days which can be used for mental health days or other personal life events so our teammates have time to prioritize their well-being and their personal lives. We also have a best-in-class PTO accrual (10 days in your 1st year), a free Headspace subscription for all teammates, and access to a variety of other perks that support making teammates' lives easier.
