      Pros

      Action Behavior Centers is a wonderful company to work for. I am currently a CAA for the upcoming Irving location and I have nothing, but amazing things to say. First, my managers are very attentive and care about my growth with the company. Second, they pride themselves on maintaining a healthy work environment and ensuring that all employees are taken care of. They are also a company that's truly diverse, and I truly feel advocated and seen. Lastly, there's room to grow with the company! I used to be an RBT, and switching roles to assist parents in getting the services they need to start their kiddo at our centers is very satisfying.

      Cons

      Truthfully nothing bad to say. You learn things fairly quickly and you get used to the fast-paced environment.
