Incredible environment to work. Coworkers are nice. Leadership team is very supportive and demonstrate how they care about you every single day. Even though COVID has make this last year and this year very difficult, ABC leadership team has demonstrate the constant interest in making each therapist and BCBA taken care of.

Cons

Even though leadership staff try to give everything to have a good life balance between personal life and work, hours sometimes can be long.

Where do I start? From the hiring process on this company has been absolutely great. I had a call with a recruiter, then an interview with the Regional Director and then an interview with the VP. It was a lot but I feel like they only want to hire the best people. Once I accepted the job, ABC provided an extensive and informative three week training so I felt really prepared for when I actually started at my own center. The people I work with every day are truly amazing and the work they do for the kiddos with autism is incredible. It is a very meaningful job! The benefits are good, salary is competitive and for managers there are incentives you can earn each month if you run your center well. There is a lot of laughter, support and there are also hard times where the team really supports each other. Absolutely love this company!

Can't really think of any really, truly happy to work here.
