      I just started with ABC therefore I'm still participating in the on boarding process, but so far the staff has been very sweet, encouraging and willing to answer any and all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend applying here!

      Pros

      As cliché as it may sound, this place has been the definition of 'Do you what you love and never have to work in your life' Since I first started with ABC I have been welcomed, trained and given the opportunity to be myself while being able to impact other people's lives. The relationships that have been formed since day one have made every day of the week more meaningful and enjoyable than your average workplace. Circumstantial pro, their response to COVID-19 has been assertive, accurate and speedy! From weekly testing, to providing cleaning supplies, enforcing regulations, and coming up with virtual solutions to keep serving families in times of a global crisis. It's definitely not been easy, but I have been taken care of and considered while everyone else is dealing with their own hardships. So once again thankful for this team! :)

      Cons

      This is a pro for me! but maybe not for everyone, you have to be fairly tech savvy to navigate the day to day. And all your documentation, contact info, PTO, insurance info, etc. is electronically stored. Again I personally love everything being on the cloud but some people don't get along with technology.
