      Pros

      Awesome atmosphere! The company is really focused on building/maintaining positive culture and experience. Corporate executives are extremely open and responsive to questions/ideas from all employees, no matter what rank. As an OM you also have some freedoms to make your center what you want it to be!

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you definitely have to be able to adapt quickly to change.

      Caring and thoughtful employer- really goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for both staff and patients

      Pros

      I have never worked for an employer who so evidently and passionately cares about the wellbeing of not only their patients but their staff as well. ABC does such a phenomenal job cultivating a culture that entices staff to give their all to the job, while also enjoying every minute they're at work. The culture translates outside of work as well, encouraging friendships amongst staff, and providing a place for work relationships to really thrive. They honor and prioritize growth from within, and truly make staff feel that their personal and professional goals and dreams are valued. Additionally, the structure of the organization enhances the efficacy and quality of treatment that they provide to their patients. Because the staff are treated so well and enjoy being there, the patients see quality therapy consistently, and unlike any other ABA provider I've seen.

      I can't think of a single negative thing to say at this time.
