From the initial steps of the interview process, to on-boarding, training, and now being in the ins and outs of my job, I couldn't be happier with my decision to work for Action Behavior Centers. From the top down, they are intentional and truly care. You aren't "just a number," you don't work just to work, you work with a mission and a passion behind you, and a culture and staff that is so supportive, it feels like family!

Cons

The one and only con I can even think of is that I mistakenly received an email of regret during the interview process.

Good benefits and healthcare, nice coworkers

Cons

Low pay, feels like a bit like a cash cow- they take in more kids than they have enough staff for and then hire just about anyone to work as a therapist so they have enough people to manage the kids. Some of the hires have absolutely no previous experience with special needs children or ABA therapy
