Unlike any other ABA company

Pros

Just started with ABC six months ago. I came from another ABA provider that could care less about its employees. ABC is so different. They take care of their employees. Merit increase, weekly covid testing, themed dress up days, free lunch every Friday, 14 paid holidays. Lots of internal promotion opportunities too - they announce them on every monthly call.

Cons

Some Saturdays are involved but they are on a volunteer basis. Having to covid test three times a week gets old but it also keeps us safe.

Pros

-the hours are great, you get a break what they call a "float" and even though there are things to do such as cleaning and whatnot, its a good 1 hour break including lunch. -the people there are super nice. Both coworkers and supervisors and directors. They care about your needs/understanding and are easy to communicate. -the company culture is something I have always found to be a one of the top reasons why I stayed. They truly care about your mental and physical health. -they do a lot of social gathering as a team and as a center to make it more fun and it's great way to get to know people better.

Cons

The only con I would say is that sometimes it can be hard to make sure everyone is on the same page on your team. You may find yourself doing more and there can be a lack of consistency amongst your own team members.
