      Pros

      I have worked for other companies before and have never felt more like a part of a team as I do here at ABC. I researched all the ABA companies and when I dug into ABC I knew I wanted to work there and I made it happen! My main focus is always on the kids and I finally found a place that feels the same way I do - it's all about the kids! It's a fun environment where a lot of serious work is being done and I work with such a great group of people - it is a team!

      I can't think of anything negative to say at all!

      Pros

      Competitive pay with generous benefits package. Continuous support from upper management regarding growth opportunities. Excellent work/life balance. Fun, light-hearted environment mixed with hard work and passion!

      Cons

      Since ABC is a newer company there are growing pains that leadership is consistently working through. But with a monthly all-hands meeting, you always feel in the loop.
