I've been with ABC for 2 years now and can tell you that this our company really cares about the kiddos and employees both. They really try their best to be flexible with your needs and go out of their way to try to make it a fun environment. While there has been a lot of recent changes, it's mostly because we are going from a small company to a bigger player in the ABA field and it's to be expected. I would highly suggest working for Action Behavior Centers!

Cons

Sometimes, they change too quickly without enough procedures in place to support it. There is some favoritism in the company, which is hard, but happens at any company.

The culture at ABC is like nothing I have ever experienced! From team outings to weekly Covid testing, ABC makes sure they are taking care of us. They listen when we speak, which creates a very supportive environment. ABC is absolutely the best ABA company and by far the best place I have ever worked!
