I love working for ABC! The promote a great culture and is a fun place to work. I am currently a grad student and feel like I am able to learn so much about this field because of the way that the company is set up. Best thing about ABC is that the keep the BCBA caseload low so that the clients can get the best possible care. This company has a lot of incentive for employees, including (my favorite) a free lunch for every employee every single Friday! Everyone at my location feels like family and is super supportive of one another.

Free Friday lunches, some random snacks and breakfasts, small case loads.

Cons

Use to have 2 hour floats a day but not with covid you get only a 25-30 minute break. If someone is out on your team not floats.
