Our amazing leadership team, our wonderful RBTs who love to learn and see our patients make progress, the great incentives you receive as an employee on a weekly basis (free lunch every Friday, free breakfast, cookies, other treats). This is the first ABA company I have worked for as a BCBA who truly values their RBTs the way that Action does. Our RBTs are the heart and soul of our centers and they deserve to be treated the way they are at Action! Our amazing OM, Ben Flores, and his right hand woman Mariah always make sure that our BCBA team feels valued, heard and included. There is always a sense of positivity and a team approach to within our center.

Cons

In DFW, we are a little far from “home base”, but our amazing OM (shout out to Ben again!) always makes sure that we are kept in the loop and know all the things!

ABC is a wonderful place to work at! Leadership goes above and beyond to take care of each center and their employees. Each center is built with awesome team that makes coming to work each day even better! Moral is always high from all the cool stuff ABC provides for their staff (free lunch, free breakfast, cookies, higher pay rate then competitors, extra staff to prevent burn out, etc.) Best ABA company ever!
