The company does a lot to make sure their employees are well taken care of The caseload for BCBAs is smaller than every other ABA clinic in Houston BCBAs are able to focus on their patients without having to worry about dealing with insurance The company provides opportunities for RBTs to further their education

Cons

Sometimes the communication between upper management and BCBAs/RBTs is lacking
