      Great company to work for. They really care about their employees and provide food pay and benefits.

      Cons

      They say you get evaluated at 6 months and again at 1 year anniversary for a potential raise but that never happened.

      ABC is a friendly and supportive work environment that gives great comprehensive training to people new to ABA. I have learned so much in my 2 years here and made some lifelong friends in the meantime. Fun company culture with awesome benefits that implements amazing quality therapy! You're really making a difference in these kids life.

      Not a flexible schedule and limited PTO.
