Cons

Not much room for growth if youre not going to school for your BCBA, doesnt matter if you have a Masters degree regarding pay

Favoritism is rampant. PTO is combined with sick time. Hard to take any days off even if planned because it dramatically affects your team.

Best ABA Clinic

Pros

ABA has the best atmosphere around. There is no other clinic that supports their staff the way that they do. They go above and beyond to make sure that their employees are supported and happy with their work life. We get monthly work happy hours paid for by the company, weekly Friday lunches, monthly after hours all clinic meetings (snacks and adult beverages included), great PTO, wonderful pay, and a 2 hour paid float most days. If you are a student working towards your BCBA certification, this is the best company to get support, knowledge, and training from. The BCBAs are always open to help and teach whenever needed. We are encouraged to be hands on with treatment planning and assisting our BCBA.

Cons

I currently do not have any complaints.
