This is a salary based company with fixed hours which is a rarity in the field of ABA! BCBAs are extremely supportive and communication is great. There are also plenty of company incentives like dodgeball tournaments, happy hours, and community outings! They really take care of their therapists and help prevent burnouts which can also be common in the field of ABA.

Cons

The training department / hiring process could be more rigorous.
