Team oriented. Everyone is so accepting and gets a long for the most part. I really do feel like we all work together and love what we do! The company really does care for their employees, and they show it. We get two hour break period, which we also do floater duties. Supervisors and team members are always understanding about personal life getting in the way at times. BCBA's are there for the RBTs when needed. Really positive and good work culture!

Cons

No, I wouldn't really be able to live on my own and have financial stability. After taxes we get paid around 26,000 a year. BUT, this company does provide a more steady income that other ABA clinics.

ABC has an awesome, open work environment when I feel comfortable with my coworkers and management. I also love the way the day is set up, with a 2 hour break in the day and a casual work setting. Plus lots of small perks that help to make your experience better.

Cons

There are honestly no complaints I can think of.
