      First Job Out of College & Not Going Anywhere

      Pros

      Is this a full-time job? Yes. Is it not always easy? Yes. Does the company take care of you? YES. ABC cares about its employees but most importantly it cares about the kids we are serving which is our first priority. They strive to provide quality care to these kids and their families and to hire the best individuals to do so. I have been here for just over 1 year and am not planning on going anywhere. You get out of the company what you put in so be willing to learn, be a team player, and stay motivated and they won't let you down!

      Pros

      ABC really focuses on positive culture, team building, and bringing people together! It's easy to work for a company that really cares about their kiddos, families, and staff. I would easily say they are the best ABA company in the industry and I love coming to work every day for them! If you work hard, they really reward you and give you the opportunity to grow from within.

      Cons

      They are a small company that is growing and, with that, there are always some growing pains. However, they are figuring it out and keeping the quality of the organization up!

      - Staff care about each other in a genuine way - There is work / life balance! - Everyone is passionate about providing ABA therapy for kiddos - Upbeat Teamwork / Collaboration across departments - We have FUN!! Happy hours, team bonding activities - there is always something going on

      - I would love to see a more robust PTO benefit for office managers
