      Pros

      ABC has real benefits for its therapists, unlike any other clinic. Affordable health insurance, bonuses, employee perks like free lunch on Fridays. BREAKS! They give breaks here. Amazing. And it's salaried, which is nice.

      Cons

      Because of the salary, when you don't have a kiddo all day or half the day you have to float, you're not allowed to leave early or come in late. This can make days that your missing a kiddo drag.

      Good for your first job out of college

      Pros

      -Lunch on Fridays -Coffee Provided -Amazing RBTS and BCBAs -2 hour "float" blocks where you can work on Master's program -They pay for you to get RBT certification -Everyone truly cares about the kids

      Cons

      Management treat the RBTs like babies. They are petty and passive aggressive. Most of the RBTs in my office are unhappy and many are searching for new jobs. There's one staff bathroom for over 50 employees. The clinic feels crowded and you are not allowed to leave for lunch or during your break. If you are one minute late you get scolded. The office environment over the past few months has really gone downhill.
