Thank you for taking the time to review! We care a ton about our employees and their thoughts, and I'm glad you shared yours. I see you mentioned the salary and growth model. Did you know that we are one of the only ABA companies in Texas that offer a salary for RBTs with guaranteed hours, 10 days of PTO, 14 days of paid holidays, along with our health/dental/vision benefits? Also, If you haven't been told about our 5 tier RBT growth model, be sure to ask your office manager about that. We also hire from within! Many of our new BCBAs started out as RBTs with us first and several other RBTs have moved into the administrative side of the business. For more specific feedback, please reach out to your Office Manager! I know they'd be happy to talk with you about it.
