Pros

Not many pros except if you love working with kids, they have loads of them.

Cons

Extremely low pay even for qualified, college educated employers. Holiday and sick pay is rubbish. Maternity leave is rubbish. Sometimes the school runs out of things like wipes! Ratio isn't always as low as promised.
