Pros

Great kids, form nice bonds with most coworkers, parents appreciate you,

Cons

Offices usually don't care about you. They demand doctor's notes after one day of absence. There's a power struggle. It's mostly all women so a lot of attitudes.

Pros

Everyone is really helpful and you can tell that everyone wants to work as a team to better the school.

Cons

Sometimes schedules were a little scattered. Communication throughout the school could be improved.

Pros

Children and Families Co-workers Health insurance, sick pay, etc.

Cons

Too many children in each classroom, children are not able to receive the attention they need. Very stressful for teachers trying to manage a classroom with 20 1-2yrs olds. Low pay and stressful job leads to high teacher turn-over, which increases work on the other teachers having to work with subs who are not familiar with the children or program, and training new teachers. Corporate office ignores complaints from teachers
