      Pros

      Fully remote Really great team to work with, lots of good energy The product itself is very solid, which makes the day to day easy and fairly painless in terms of customer complaints, its mostly praise! Work life balance is quite good, some days are later than others but this often balances out.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, but the company is growing and the expectation is this will improve.

      Founder led company, where founders believe in people and invest in them. Amazing product, loved by the customers You can get more ownership if you want to, just take and do! Fully remote!
