      Pros

      Rapid growth is seriously awesome. The company culture is amazing and the work life balance is second to none. I have not experienced even the slightest bit of micromanagement and I have excellent relationships with my manager as well as my colleagues. As long as you are doing your job you are good to go.

      Cons

      Financial opportunity could be better, but it certainly is not the worst AT ALL. If there was a field between pro and con I would put this there, as it is not that big of a con, but there isn't so...yeah.

      Pros

      Small Company with plenty of room from career growth Hot technology filling a large gap in the tech world Product works as intended. No gimmicks. Collaborative environment, even as an AE our co-founders take into consideration the suggestions we make. All around great place to work.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay could be a bit better. Given the upside in the company's future, it was worth the risk for me.

      Cons

      None that I can think of that's outside of what you'd expect at a startup. You learn on the go, with guidance from peers and direct management.
