It’s great to hear that you see Action1 as a people-first company. That’s something we genuinely care about and try to build every day.
At the same time, we hear your point about hiring speed and gaps in certain teams, especially in Marketing. As we grow, keeping the right balance across departments is something we continuously work on. This is why we, for example, introduced specific HR BP for every department, who will have regular 1-1 with every employee to know the challenges they are facing (no matter in IT or not)
