      I really enjoy working in the R&D department. The processes are well-structured and efficient, which makes daily work smooth and predictable. The tasks are interesting and challenging in a good way -- there is always something new to learn and improve. The team is very supportive, professional, and pleasant to work with. Communication is open, and collaboration feels natural. I appreciate the culture of trust and the focus on quality.
