Pros
Very open place to work, they genuinely listen to ideas from employees and customers, they hire good people to do good work, then get out of their way. We have regular events to bring in remote workers globally for team building, and we all get along like we have known each other for years.
They pay real salaries not local averages, and they actually do treat employees with enormous respect. Any employee in the company can reach the C-Suite effortlessly and be heard.
All in all, a great place to work, entire careers are being built here, and established careers are being polished.
Cons
Not specific to Action1, but a global workforce crosses a lot time zones and communication can be challenging when the team you regular work with is in several of them offset by full workdays.
