Pros
Probably my opinion could be seen as biased, since I’ve been with the core Action1 team since the previous company. But I think the perspective of someone who has worked with this management team for 15 years still counts for something. Humanity and respect are the two key words for me here. Whether it was a tiny startup, a fast-growing mid-size company, or a large and well-recognized brand in the industry - I’ve worked with these people in all of those scenarios, and it has always been the same: talking to the CEO is just as easy as pinging a colleague in the corporate messenger. They’ve spent decades surrounding themselves with the best people - both professionally and personally. So when management says “People come first,” I can only agree with pleasure. The atmosphere is exceptional, the expertise is immense, and the confidence in the future is real.
