      Fully-remote company (may be a con for those who don't like this) Good compensation Friendly, collaborative coworkers Managers who are invested in their employees' success Excellent product No venture capital or outside investment in the company, but still growing effectively

      Pros

      Fully remote Really great team to work with, lots of good energy The product itself is very solid, which makes the day to day easy and fairly painless in terms of customer complaints, its mostly praise! Work life balance is quite good, some days are later than others but this often balances out.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, but the company is growing and the expectation is this will improve.
