Pros

OK part time job Work from home

Cons

Working in merchandise is the worst place to work reason a lot of paper to print and get little like 0.7 cents per page.(other company use a TABLET, no printing involved) They sending you around doing jobs for a little pay as $10.00 plus when you drive a lot the milage pay is horrible you ending up to spend more money then you get. The support is horrible, when you call you wait on the phone for 20 to 30 min in the store and your job is 30 min. No manager available you send a email or call nobody answer you back just silent. Management turn over every 3 to 6 month's

Pros

Easy virtual training and the company sends frequent updates regarding the job. The skills are transferrable when you leave for greener pastures.

Cons

You will receive emails from your managers and that can be 4-5 different people. They also didn't send me a check for my last weekend visit.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for especially if you are a student.

Cons

As you noticed, most people who commented/left a review has worked for the company for less than two years. This really says something about the company's talent retention. Most of the work is by contract so the number of hours you work is not guaranteed or stable. You can work 20 hours or more during the busy months while maybe only 8 hours a week during the rest of the year. Manager turnover rate is ridiculously high. The person who I had the longest as my manager is the first one I had who was actually the one who hired me. All of the rest lasted about half a year to 8 months. One of my managers only lasted two weeks and got replaced. There is no advancement available even for a rare long term employee like me. In the end, my pay was reduced to what was lower than what I started out while the new managers they bring in were not real leaders.
