      Part Time Sales Associate

      Pros

      The shifts are usually only on the weekend, and the pay is great for the type/amount of work you're responsible for.

      Cons

      They change management too frequently. This causes chaos and discord among the teams. Not to mention how difficult it is to adjust yourself to constantly changing personalities of the managers. I've been with actionlink for a year but now I see that it's not a company I would want to be with for too long.

      They hire new managers all the time and they are coached to expect to much out of employees like myself. I am a 10 Year sales rep. that has always done my job well. In the 10 years I have had my pay cut by 2.00 per hour. I have been falsely accused of not competing my goals by a new incompetent manager.

      Responsible, reliable supervisor. Flexible hours because you make your own appointments within a time period.

      Cons

      Duties were increasingly unrelated to my position. I was hired to change software and display electronics, but was expected to construct the shelves that the merchandise sat on.
