The people I worked with were welcoming & extremely friendly. Remote work and the right amount of travel. Not too much, not too little.

Upper management lacks direction, strategy, respect, leadership Not enough resources around to do your job People are asked to do too much with little support Lack of transparency from upper management

1. Transparent. The managment team share the company status every quoater and you can understand what's going on and they also anwser the questions you submitted. 2. Flexible time. 3. The work envrionment is confortable and people are nice.

So far so good and I'm satisified with this company.
