Pros

• Corporate offices are slick and modern • Decent amount of work/life balance • Lots of opportunity to improve processes that don't work

Cons

• Lower-than-average salaries has led to a lot of very mediocre hires. • Senior management are too comfortable in their jobs to innovate the company. • Outdated, ugly software products are stagnant in the marketplace. • Company is extremely fragmented with too business units that are not turning a profit.

Pros

The send a computer called their "client". The schedule was somewhat flexible. I loved the customers, even the mean ones. Their training was the best I've ever experienced. It was work interesting work. Management could get beside themselves at times, but they were respectful. There were a few who were very impatient with some of us.

Cons

The pay was pretty bad. Minimum wage in 2013, maybe they've raised it. I was only there for the summer as a summer csr, but would have loved to stay if the pay was better. I actually liked working there but 7.50 (it was somewhere in the seven range) was just too little for me to work for.
