Starting a career is good but developing a career is full of challenges
Pros
- Flexible working hours every day - Not a bad place for juniors to start the career - Branches are all over the world and chances to taste different cultures - Working facilities are amazing - Plenty of chances to meet and work with different people
Cons
- Some employees with a senior tile don't have corresponding skills and qualifications to match it - Except a training plan for new employees, no more job training is provided - Though it's a mid-size IT company, it lacks a well-managed process in its project - Most products are old and can't feel the culture of innovation - Decision making process is long and slow. My project calls itself embracing agile but not agile at all - Communication is not efficient in many ways especially for product development
