There is practically no vision and strategy from the executives. Lots of middle managers whose duties and ownerships are unclear. Most managers do little other than pointing fingers at one another. Company does lots of cosmetic stuff to make it seem like they care about the employees. In fact, no professional training whatsoever is provided to employees. If you want a promotion, you have to threaton to leave to get it.
