Pros

The staff/team leaders are friendly and pretty understanding. Nice to have an incentives program. The job itself is fairly easy, small learning curve

Cons

Pay is well below most market average/work-at-home jobs and it is hard to earn the incentives.

Pros

The best thing about working at Active Network is that fundamentally, the company is about creating a healthier, more active, and more connected world. You can feel great about pouring your heart and soul into what you do for this company. As for professional development, the company is in a really exciting phase of growth and is a more professional and overall excellent organization with every passing month.

Cons

Salaries could be a bit higher and more attention given to quality of life in the workplace. For example, why do we still have the cheapest possible office chairs and desks? Why are our offices just kind of messy and dumpy, and why is interior decoration done by amateurs?

Great work environment, great people to work alongside, and opportunity to help organizations. Opportunities to contribute to the community. Opportunity to work out at work.

Cons

Compensation below market average, health coverage is not the best. business units can be dis-jointed. Multiple offices / focuses makes it hard to see career path. Unless you work in the San Diego office, many leadership roles will likely not be available to you.
