Don't work here, they will grind you down.
Pros
Decent culture. Some good people trying to do their best. Dallas offices have some nice amenities.
Cons
No bonuses unless you're at an executive level. Annual pay increase is a joke. They cover $50 of parking or mass transit. Parking in the neighborhood ranges from $140 to $185 per month. If you want to avoid the petri dishes of mass transit, your health will cost you money. The entire company is understaffed, except for sales or the China teams. Every project is overdue and urgent. Competing priorities rule the day to day and someone will always be left behind. They have meetings to stress how good they are doing, while not giving out reasonable raises (<1% "merit based"), no bonuses then cut pay by 10% during the CoVID19 crisis, this was projected to last until 2021 according to exec staff. Attrition in the company is very high. People are hired and by end of week they're gone. Awful open office layout. Noisy with constant interruptions. Upper and Senior management believe that all goals no matter how unreasonable must be completed on time. Don't work here unless you are desperate.
