      Pros

      decent work life balance and flexible work schedule. Decent benefit and compensation.

      Cons

      Extremely poor planning with no regarding of employee's future. Company expanded 500% between 2014-2015 then let go 80% of the workforce in the past 6 months. Many lives impacted. Some employees were let go within 6 months after hiring. This place is a career killer.
